Salvatore Ferragamo Spring/Summer 2015-Chasing sentimental elegance for spring/summer 2015, Salvatore Ferragamo creative director Massimiliano Giornetti presented his latest offering for the Italian fashion house during Milan Fashion Week. Crafting the collection’s look, Giornetti used subtlety to manipulate a contrast of textures. Mirroring the complexities of heavy fabrics, but with light results, graphics sprawled across suits, showed a dynamic weaving of graphics. Here, sharp lines were executed for double-breasted jackets, overcoats, double-pleated trousers and other essentials. Dressed in earthy hues of pewter, rust and dark blue-green, a scorching summer came full circle with chic t-shirts and dress shirts that blended wool and silk for the ultimate luxe feel.
