Y-3 creative director Yohji Yamamoto sought to reset the script for the brand’s man with his fall-winter 2016 collection. Basics were front and center as new cuts showcased a sporty minimalism. Windbreakers, cowl hooded tops, joggers and long jackets contributed to the relaxed outing. Black and white were the dominate colors for the understated collection that even downplayed Adidas’ signature three stripes.
