Loewe Spring/Summer 2015–The new creative director of Loewe, J.W. Anderson gives the luxe label a style overhaul with his debut outing, spring/summer 2015. Approaching his first collection for the fashion house, Anderson went after a “‘take on hyper-normality’: realistic, functional and utterly desirable.” The lookbook captured by photographer Jamie Hawkesworth near Cadiz, Spain attempts to replicate the same attributes. Perceived as a mix of iconic wearable pieces and new separates with modern details, the collection undoubtedly mirrors Anderson’s penchant for androgynous designs for his own namesake label. The season brings together oversized draped tops and relaxed cuffed trousers with an easily approachable range of leather jackets, knitwear and accessories.
