Following their first show in New York after winning a $25,000 grant from winemaker Ecco Domani is the accompanying lookbook for fall 2009. Growing considerably since their days of selling denim and graphic t-shirts, Corpus designers Jerrod Cornish and Keith Richardson have found their footing in a youthful range that marries the sophistication of high-end labels with the casualness of urban life. From a knit in tatters to a cable knit cardigan with fasteners, Cornish and Richardson keep things exciting, always accenting their line with attractive details that come unexpected.

  1. i can appreciate how amazing the clothes are, but the whole lookbook just seems dreary. i think it’s the aura of the model, and the colors. they just dont scream life. they scream rigidness and sadness, as does the name of the label.

  5. that’s fair. they certainly are differentiating themselves from the “happy-go-lucky” brands with the smiling young adults.
i tend to think of the Fall season as something to smile about. The picture that comes to mind is a beautiful girl in a nice autumn dress in a park with colored leaves littered along the park’s path
