The starting point of Matthew Miller’s spring-summer 2016 collection was a modest, black two-button suit, paired with a white dress shirt and nude tie. Continuing on, one ensemble after the next came fresh off the assembly line…that is, if it was at a dry cleaners. Wrinkled, shirts, trousers, blazers and more embraced simple, minimalist lines with safe, essential colors.
