Loud and quite possibly obnoxious, it’s a return to the Tropics for Etro’s spring collection. Bright colored paisley and floral prints find their footing alongside muted suiting. Whereas most designers would opt to use color and prints as a subtle accent, the Etro collection bears no inhibition, spicing up everything from accessories and outerwear to loafers. The impact is tiring oversaturation, which opens the door to the welcomed acceptance of neutral sand toned separates mixed with tranquil aquatic blues. Definitely not suited for the cautious, Etro is your label if you’re looking for a trippy, acid-induced Rainbow Brite spring come next year.
