Christopher Shannon Fall/Winter 2014–Aiming to give his sportswear a new angle for the fall/winter 2014 season, designer Christopher Shannon revisited “the early years of Thatcherism and the post-punk era” to give his casual man of leisure a new identity. Armed with oversized knitwear and tracksuits updated with slick leather, Shannon painted the season with a confident cool. Completing the collection with an exaggerated urban take on the floral motif, all the pieces came together to define a laid-back statement on everyday style.
