The Young and The Free-Baseball caps, Converse sneakers, and an influx buffalo check pattern dominated Alexis Mabille's spring/summer 2013 runway, a collection that embraced casual ease with heaping doses of boyish charm. From shirts tied around the waist to extremely high denim cutoff shorts paired with high top Converse sneakers, the collection was youthful with a dash of retro-inspired styling. The theme continued with suiting, which featured open collared shirts and even a full buffalo check suit. Not a single tie or leather blucher was in sight. With the unforgiving summer heat in Florence, the light colors and fabrics will provide much-needed relief for men who still want a wardrobe that is both effortless and fun.
