Tim Coppens’ spring-summer 2016 menswear collection had a geometric moment. Unveiled during New York Fashion Week: Men, models hit the catwalk with a fresh set of misshapen ovals drawn on to their arms and necks. Embracing relaxed silhouettes, Coppens presented his own take on modern basics. Occasionally dressed in his abstract geometric print for the season, a wardrobe came together with athletic-inspired separates. From the parka and wide-cut pants to the sports jacket, essentials were reinterpreted with forgiving shapes and a youthful energy.
