Saint Laurent Fall/Winter 2014–Bringing a close to Paris Fashion Week and setting the stage for New York Fashion Week, Saint Laurent creative director Hedi Slimane presented his third collection for the French fashion house at the Parisian Hôtel des Invalides. Offering a more grounded range this time round, Slimane supplied his svelte man with cigarette trousers, tailored coats and jackets. Keeping his young man current, Slimane married his rebellious rocker attitude with classic menswear elements such as tweed and houndstooth. On the same note, leather and leopard were integrated as a new house standard.
