Duckie Brown Spring/Summer 2013 | New York Fashion Week

Duckie Brown Spring/Summer 2013 | New York Fashion Week

Punk Faction–Duckie Brown designers Steven Cox and Daniel Silver offer a mature take on the infamous punk for their spring/summer 2013 collection. Gravitating towards denim and tartan prints, the design duo’s voluminous silhouettes are fused with a rebellious take on contemporary staples. Denim is provided a pleated alternative, workerswear jackets are constructed from the classic blue and t-shirts at once cut boxy. On the other end of the spectrum, the cheeky tailor provides overcoats that fall somewhere in between structured and generously relaxed. Rounding out the collection with a clean serving of sportswear, dressed in this season’s tartan, the Duckie Brown man continues to be quite the evolving fashion character.
