For Zegna’s fall-winter 2026 Falcon campaign, Mads Mikkelsen moves from a wood-paneled atrium to snowy peaks. The connecting thread is the Falcon jacket, whose fieldwear pockets meet water-repellent Oasi Cashmere. Zegna traces its name to a story of its founder watching a falcon above Oasi Zegna, giving the outerwear a connection to the landscape beyond its usefulness in the weather. On Mikkelsen, though, the appeal is more immediate.
The dark olive Falcon jacket works easily with tonal trousers indoors, while a brown version over knitwear and light trousers brings warmth to the alpine photographs. Its shirt cuffs and open collar keep the silhouette closer to an everyday wardrobe than expedition gear. Mikkelsen does little to dramatize the distinction. Hands in his pockets, sunglasses on, he suggests a man who has stepped outside to enjoy the view and expects to be comfortable when he returns.
