Zegna knows its man, and at this point, Mads Mikkelsen appears to be one of them for life. The actor and brand ambassador reunites with the Italian house for its fall-winter 2026 Su Misura campaign, introducing its made-to-measure service. The campaign follows a story in which one of his jackets is altered for his son. The generational premise suits a brand increasingly interested in permanence.
Mads Mikkelsen for Zegna Su Misura Campaign

Zegna draws on Trofeo wool, developed in 1965, and Abito #1, inspired by founder Ermenegildo Zegna’s suits of the 1930s. Mikkelsen is just as convincing in the present, wearing substantial gray tailoring and a sweeping double-breasted coat. He wears them with the assurance of someone who has long since figured out how he wants to dress.
The accompanying film takes the sentiment seriously, turning tailoring into a meditation on fathers, milestones, and lives resting on well-made shoulders.

It is a lot, but Zegna can be forgiven the solemnity when the clothes and casting make the proposition so clear. After numerous campaigns with Mikkelsen, familiarity has become part of the appeal. Zegna has found a convincing embodiment of its customer, and clearly sees little reason to change course.

Zegna embraces the spirit of la villeggiatura for its summer 2027 collection.
