H&M makes the jacket a matter of character with its fall 2026 outerwear campaign. Models Ahmed Richards, Kyosuke Akiyoshi, and Vasko Luyckx inhabit different corners of the men’s wardrobe. They guide us from a plaid workwear-inspired jacket and wide trousers to collegiate dressing with a patched varsity jacket, shirt, and tie.
At the more traditional end, a double-breasted coat worn over a checked jacket and knitted polo brings tailoring into the mix, while a high-collar blouson taps the sporty minimalism of the 1990s. Together, the looks make a useful point about menswear now. Prep, workwear, sportswear, and tailoring no longer belong to separate tribes, and H&M approaches outerwear as the piece that can shift a man between them.
