Patrick Kafka adds a touch of class to Roberto Cavalli’s latest campaign photographed by Giampaolo Sgura. Starring alongside Egle Tvirbutaite, Patrick was styled by Marie Amelie Sauve for the luxe shoot, which took place this past September in Milan.

      I think the campaign pictures look pretty generic, something is missing. Patrick Kafka looks delicious though.
