As he had an obsession with shoes and was a groundbreaking (fashion)photographer using so much nudity. Also knowing Helmut & Karl where good friends back in the days, these images to me represent a homage to his good friend and photographer Helmut Newton! Which is in my opinion, BRILLIANT!
