Actor Eddie Redmayne is back in the spotlight, covering the latest edition of Variety. Photographed by Robert Maxwell, Redmayne promotes his latest film, biopic The Theory of Everything. Portraying Stephen Hawking, Redmayne is getting quite the buzz with his first leading role. Critics are currently setting Redmayne up against Benedict Cumberbatch, who stars biopic The Imitation Game, for an Oscar nomination. Discussing the buzz, Redmayne explains, “I totally see why people are (comparing us), because of the subject matter; we both play geniuses. But I won’t be engaged in that. I think he’s the most beautiful actor. I’ve long admired his work, and continue to do so. I hope there’s room for both our films.” Read more at Variety.com.
