Fresh off the unveiling of its new logo, Zegna introduces an exclusive outdoor capsule collection. The Italian brand takes inspiration from climbing and winter sports for the occasion. Zegna also sees the direction a symbolic for its journey.
The Zegna road traverses Oasi Zegna, a 100 km2 free-access natural zone in Piedmont, Northern Italy, where the brand was founded in 1910 due to the founder’s ecological attitude. This terrain evokes expansive vistas and a sense of the elements. This route, known as 232, has served as an inspiration to Zegna for 110 years, reflecting the core truth of its founder Ermenegildo to weave the fabric of a future worthy of the brand’s ideas.
The capsule collection evokes the mountain and the natural environment and a feeling of liberty. With its all-defining Zegna awareness, it draws a type of retreat. Zegna artistic director Alessandro Sartori maintains refining tailoring into premium leisurewear to reflect the changing reality.
Zegna maintains that it may go in many different ways as long as the goal is style and innovation and the acts are ethical and responsible. Sartori is restoring the Zegna identity with a defined mission that combines pragmatism and creativity with tradition.
Zegna seamlessly expands the notion of premium leisurewear to activewear. Natural and sustainable fibers are used, reinforcing Zegna’s commitment to the environment. Experimentation is another way of expressing Zegna’s drive for originality.
