Designer Tom Ford’s directorial debut will be “A Single Man” based off of the novel by gay author Christopher Isherwood. The story, taking place in Los Angeles in 1962 is about George, a gay middle-aged college professor who is coping with the loss of his lover. The film will star Julianne Moore, Colin Firth, and Nicholas Hoult.
