Sebastian Stan is a Romanian-American actor. Born on August 13, 1982, Stan is best known for his role as Bucky Barnes in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. He also portrayed Carter Baizen in the CW television show Gossip Girl. Branching out, Stan appeared in The Martian and The Bronze as well.
