RIMOWA and MYKITA explore how eyewear can transform personal identity with their latest collaboration. Reuniting with model Leon Dame for The Rehearsal, the campaign follows his spring 2026 outing with a playful study of character.

A change of sunglasses becomes a change of personality, illustrated by Leon wearing the same fuzzy sweater and jeans with two distinctly different designs. The Heritage MR007 introduces circular frames crafted from stainless steel and anodized aluminum, lending an industrial edge to a shape long associated with intellectuals and counterculture.

Meanwhile, the Visor MR008 recalls the futuristic shield sunglasses of the Y2K era with a slimmer wraparound silhouette. Developed between Cologne and Berlin and handcrafted at MYKITA HAUS, the collection brings together RIMOWA’s aluminum expertise and MYKITA’s experimental eyewear engineering.

The contrasting designs make a compelling point about personal style. Sometimes, changing how the world sees you is as simple as changing your sunglasses.
