Cédric Buchet - Danish/French Fashion Photographer
Cédric Buchet is a Danish-French fashion photographer. Exposed to fashion at an early age, Buchet's mother was a model, working with famous photographers such as Helmut Newton. Buchet received his education at Vassar and the School of Visual Arts, before following his model girlfriend to Paris, where he received a job assisting photographer Ellen von Unwerth.
Although, Buchet originally wanted to become an art photographer, fashion drew him in and he eventually started shooting for magazines such as Dazed & Confused. This led to him garnering the attention of Prada, who he worked with for its spring 2001 campaign. Since, Buchet has gone on to shoot numerous campaigns, fashion editorials, and celebrity shoots.
