Actor Mads Mikkelsen is the latest cover subject of Zeit, connecting with the magazine for an outdoors photo shoot. Sitting down for a conversation, in which he broaches many subjects, Mikkelsen reveals an admiration for Bruce Lee. In a translated quote, the 49 year-old actor confesses, “I love Bruce Lee. As a child, I even dressed like him. I wore these Chinese shoes and loose trousers…the socks you had to pull onto the hem of the pants.” Discussing why Lee stands out to him, he continues, “He was just a very charismatic person. He could afford to do as an actor very little. One could see his face, what’s going on in the head of his character.
