“In The Flesh” – Nakkna Spring 2009

Published March 12, 2009

Nakkna’s minimalist spring collection, “In the Flesh” embraces a muted color palette that lends itself well to an organic feel. Inspired by the slow but dramatic movements of underwater organisms, a refined subtly is this collection’s signature. The collection breaks traditional standards with asymmetrical shirttails and boxy shapes, yet retains simple clean cuts. As a finishing touch, volume and proportion are carefully adjusted to achieve an overall distinguishable look without compromising accessibility and comfort.
