Yohji Yamamoto Fall/Winter 2014–Scattered much like falling leaves, flowers, skulls and tattoo prints decorated Yohji Yamamoto’s fall/winter 2014 collection as the designer embraced a dark but upbeat spirit. Contrasting colors and prints for a decadent approach to the season, eclectic styles came together with beautiful robe-like coats, cropped trousers, semi-relaxed suits and fitted jackets. In the oversized department, loose baggy shorts and long cardigans, complete with classic outerwear pieces such as the dufflecoat were treated to exaggerated proportions that captured the magic of Yamamoto’s design aesthetic.
