  1. I got fired from Ralph Lauren Boutique Aruba, because I did not fit in the RL Profile, when I asked what the RL profile is , the manager said “that I don’t know”. So it is pure discrimination going on in that store. I mean I went through the hiring process ‘job interview’ and all, and 3 weeks later they tell me that.
