Anatol Modzelewski
Anatol Modzelewski was scouted in a Warsaw club through Lukasz Stepien at Panda Models, and the aquiline nose and aristocratic Slavic features that defined his early tests became the case for his casting.
He made his runway debut at London Fashion Week spring-summer 2013 and moved quickly into the European show schedule, walking John Galliano, Lanvin, and Maison Martin Margiela across his first two years.
The campaign work followed at the same pace, with Dior Homme and Topman among the early bookings and a steady run since that has placed him inside the rotation luxury houses come back to when the image has to carry.
The Tod’s spring-summer 2026 campaign, shot by Alasdair McLellan along the Amalfi Coast, sits at the top of that list, the kind of placement that names where the face stands now.
Editorial is where the career has done its real work. Anatol has shot for i-D, Another Man, Dazed, Esquire España, and Monsieur, the type of run that confirms a face the magazines keep coming back to.
The pages keep asking for the same thing the casting directors saw at twenty, a face that photographs like a portrait from a different century, and the styling teams keep finding new vocabularies for it.
Marcin Tyszka shot him as a finger-waved dandy for Viva Moda, and Adriano Russo placed him as a Riviera Tom Ripley for Monsieur in 2025. More than a decade in, Anatol has settled into the role he was cast for from the first season, the European editorial face stylists request when the story needs a man who looks like he stepped out of a different century and into this one.
