From Paris and Stockholm to New York, the runway provided Charlie Westerberg his start and it does not appear that he will be slowing down anytime soon. Walking over twenty shows this past season in New York alone, Charlie made quite the international appearance on the runway for Kenzo, John Galliano, Tillmann Lauterbach, Yves Saint Lauret, Acne, Carin Wester, Cheap Monday, Filippa K, Hope, Diesel Black Gold, DKNY, Duckie Brown, General Idea, Lacoste, Marc by Marc Jacobs, Patrik Ervell, Phillip Lim, Richard Chai, Robert Geller, Siki Im, Spurr, William Rast, Y-3 and Yigal Azrouël. So, what possibly goes through Charlie’s mind in the midst of so many jobs? He explains, “Try not to smile, but it’s very hard when you think of what you’re doing.” And the difference between walking shows in Paris and Stockholm? “It’s more fun and games in Stockholm if-course. Even though the people you work with there don’t share the same thought. All in all, it’s pretty much the same thing. We’re all just people.”
