LaMelo Ball takes the spotlight for PUMA’s newest shoe release. The Charlotte Hornets player extends his relationship with the PUMA Hoops brand, launching the MB.01 Galaxy. According to PUMA, the MB.01 Galaxy “solidifies the fact that LaMelo is ‘Not From Here.'” The shoe adopts an alien-inspired color scheme with fluorescent hues.

In addition to its unusual colors, the PUMA MB.01 Galaxy shoe boasts a 1 of 1 logo on the tongue. The sneaker’s back features a “M.E.L.O.” Innovative; it utilizes NITRO foam in its midsole for enhanced responsiveness and comfort while still being lightweight. The MB.01 also boasts a specifically constructed knit upper with breathable monomesh for a supportive, ultra-lightweight feel with full coverage traction and a non-slip rubber for better durability and grip.

Ball and PUMA have more in store than the MB.01 Galaxy. Cosmic-inspired RS-X and PUMA suede sneakers and accessories such as a hoodie, shorts, tee, and more complement the launch. The collection makes its debut on April 29, 2022, on PUMA.com, at the PUMA NYC Flagship store and Foot Locker, Foot Locker Canada, Kids Foot Locker, and Champs Sports.
