Hedi Slimane may be fresh into his tenure at Saint Laurent, but with profits up 28%, Page Six is reporting that Gucci may be looking to poach the trendy designer. This comes after news that Frida Giannini would be leaving her position as Gucci creative director. Other designers rumored to be on the short list include Joseph Alutzarra and Riccardo Tisci. Allegedly, Tisci, who is the current creative director of Givenchy is a difficult option due to a solid contract with the French fashion house.
