Sam Wallander’s newest work has a grounded, futuristic sense about it. To create a Fashionisto Exclusive, the photographer joins with stylist Michael Stallings. The latter curates a contemporary wardrobe for models Darien Mann, Joseph Aggrey, and Jack Feeley.
Wallander employs a broad range of colors in his work, resulting in a vibrant sequence of pictures. Darien, Joseph, and Jack are photographed by Wallender, who alternates between comfortable photos and posed photographs. Their dress also impacts the direction of the pictures, with the hue of various backdrops mirroring Stallings’ styling.
Stallings emphasizes fine tailoring for the occasion. On the other hand, Stallings eliminates the conventional restricting component of suiting in favor of a clean look that lays suiting against the bare skin. Meanwhile, prominent labels include Versace, Balmain, and Calvin Klein.
