Véronique Nichanian links up with theater director Cyril Teste to present Hermès’ spring-summer 2021 collection. A “live performance” captures the spirit of collaboration that leads up to a successful runway show. Models Valentin Caron, Eli Epperson, Jai Piccone, and more come together in Nichanian’s latest designs. Captured backstage, the models don Hermès menswear that expresses “lightness, simplicity, and nonchalance” with “clean silhouettes” and a “timelessly casual look.” Relaxed lines continue to define the Hermès man as striped shirts embrace a voluminous shape similar to that of a jacket. Meanwhile, leather is a subtle factor with soft deerskin complementing an easy lineup of ribbed sweaters, drawstring trousers, gardening sandals, and lightweight jackets.
