An anniversary wardrobe still has to get dressed for an ordinary day. Octobre Éditions approaches its tenth year in that spirit, revisiting four signature pieces in a limited-edition capsule whose distinctions begin with the cloth.
The Mikkelsen Coat uses Harris Tweed, handwoven in Scotland’s Outer Hebrides, for a long checked silhouette that suggests country dress. Loose denim and a knitted beanie bring it back to the pavement. Those roomy Barkley Jean proportions give the coat an easy companion, with Japanese denim from Kurabo made into jeans by Octobre’s longtime partner, the 5D atelier in Portugal.
The tailoring follows the same everyday logic. Cut from wool by Italian mill Vitale Barberis Canonico, the Riddle Jacket and Carl Trousers form a charcoal suit worn with the ease of a regular appointment, a patterned shirt softening its business associations. Each piece is individually numbered, a collector’s detail attached to clothes that invite frequent use. After ten years, the more persuasive measure of success may be how often they leave the hanger.

The everyday wardrobe also takes an athletic turn in Octobre Éditions’ running collection with Circle Sportswear, where technical shorts join checked overcoats.
