Zara’s latest summer edit lands in Venice, a city where getting lost often proves more rewarding than arriving. Photographed by Clément Pascal, “Summer in the City” follows Tony Özkan through canals, stone bridges, shaded courtyards, and sun-washed facades.
Zara “Summer in the City”

The city behaves like a companion with the result feeling close to a travel diary. The clothes mirror a sense of discovery. Striped tees, washed linen shirts, lightweight overshirts, roomy trousers, cargo pants, and relaxed shorts form a wardrobe for long walks.

A light chambray shirt worn open over a tank, a red linen shirt paired with cargo shorts, and loose pleated trousers beside the water all point toward a summer dressed for comfort. Venice lends the edit its romance, but Zara keeps things grounded. The pieces feel equally at home crossing a canal bridge or navigating a heat-soaked afternoon back home.

The travel-diary instinct shaping this Venice edit also runs through Clément Laguardia’s coastline shorts shoot for Zara.
