Haider Ackermann offers a sharpened perspective for the Snow Goose by Canada Goose spring-summer 2025 collection. Ackermann proposes a departure from traditional performance wear, adjusting the silhouette toward leaner, more articulated shapes.
Snow Goose by Canada Goose Summer 2025

The season’s campaign, shot by photographer Willy Vanderperre, keeps its focus tight. The models move with character, but the compositions hold still. Military roots linger in the shapes, but they are redrawn with new instincts. Shorts sit high, sleeves stretch long, and outerwear falls away from the body.

This summer, color builds contrast without theatrics. Arctic Mist brings a clinical chill to lightweight second skins, while Violet Eclipse heightens the collection’s synthetic edge. These tonal spikes run parallel to grounded shades of khaki and olive, familiar to Canada Goose’s legacy but revised here with stripped-back intent.

Messaging woven through garments, such as “Embrace the Silence” and “Can You Hear the Birds?” lands like a diary scrawl, personal and pointed.

Across the looks, references intersect with purpose. A cowboy hat tilts over mirrored lenses, boots rise to meet thigh-grazing shorts, and technical parkas brush exposed skin. Here, the styling invites tension. For Ackermann, performance serves as raw material, reshaped through exacting cuts, off-balance layering, and a steady refusal to follow the familiar route.
