Tod’s keeps its spring-summer 2026 campaign close to home, filtering the house’s Italian identity through global brand ambassador Xiao Zhan and a sun-soaked Mediterranean setting. Zhan wears the season’s key pieces as if they arrived in his closet years ago. That familiarity is the campaign’s real subject.
Xiao Zhan for Tod’s Spring/Summer 2026

Tod’s has always pitched comfort as a form of luxury, and here it lets the clothes prove the point through fit, texture, and a color palette that stays close to the earth. The lineup covers the house signatures. Leather loafers sit beneath relaxed trousers. A camel hoodie layers over a brown half-zip knit, paired with olive-brown Red Dot sneakers and a leather crossbody bag.

In the strongest image, Zhan stands in a dark suede bomber jacket, cream V-neck sweater, and khaki trousers while holding a black hobo bag, the proportions clean and each accessory placed where the eye goes first.

A green overshirt worn over a popover shirt and white trousers is the most relaxed ensemble here, but Zhan wears it with the same composure and energy as the season’s more refined pieces. The palette holds all four looks together, running from sand to olive to chocolate, and locks the clothes to the warm coastal light of Tod’s “Italian Stories.”
The Gommino gets a fuller showcase in Tod’s spring 2026 Amalfi Coast campaign, where the loafer sets the tone for the season.
