The pajama silhouette drives the season, running from blue-and-white striped sets to a pink floral two-piece with frilled hems to an orange-tan striped suit worn with a small burnt-orange leather crossbody.
Karl Templer’s styling works across a range from domestic to occasion dressing. An open-weave knit cardigan in ecru layers over a white tank and corded cream trousers; a double-breasted suit in chalk-stripe ivory pairs with a mint-and-white striped camp-collar shirt, brooches pinned at the lapel and a wide white belt cinching the whole thing.
Dolce & Gabbana have been treating the pajama as a serious menswear proposition for a few seasons, and this campaign commits to it. The pink floral set and the orange stripe are the two moments where color breaks out of the cream-and-linen base, and Meisel’s framing holds on them longest.
