Lacoste’s latest campaign, Play with Icons, reunites Novak Djokovic, Pierre Niney, and Wang Yibo—three familiar faces from last season’s Play Big ad—with a fresh creative twist. Photographed by Tyler Mitchell, the trio steps back into the Lacoste spotlight, framed through surreal set pieces and sculptural flourishes.
Djokovic returns in off-white, crowned in a golden tennis net like a modern-day court deity, extending the legacy he helped cement last year when Lacoste made its dramatic mark atop the Great Wall of China.
Lacoste Play with Icons Campaign

Pierre Niney channels subtle irreverence, dressed in Lacoste green and perched atop a crocodile-shaped couch—an abstract nod to the brand’s emblem. His scene unfolds like a still from a surrealist short, with composed nonchalance and a sculptural sense of humor.
Wang Yibo, meanwhile, finds himself surrounded by bouquets made of folded Lacoste polos, blue on blue. The visual pun on fanfare and admiration is sharp, referencing both his global pull and the garment’s cultural longevity.

This season, Lacoste stretches its narrative by playing with scale, iconography, and familiar faces. The Play Big campaign introduced Djokovic, Niney, and Wang in grand, surreal form—towering crocodiles and graphic gestures.
Play with Icons keeps that theatricality intact but sharpens its lens, shifting from spectacle to staging. The result is bolder in composition, richer in wit, and just as monumental—only now, every detail carries weight.
