Haider Ackermann Fall/Winter 2014–Presenting his latest collection on the opening day of Paris Fashion Week, designer Haider Ackermann returned to fine form, losing the hard edge of spring/summer 2014 and revisiting soft elegance. Although known for his draping, Ackermann approached tailored styles with a certain romance, using tweeds and jacquards for a renewed interest in the gentleman. Breaking up the formality of suiting, silhouettes remained on the loose side with elongated shirting and large scarves keeping ensembles fresh.
