Danny Beauchamp

Danny Beauchamp is a British model from North London whose career took shape through a close association with Burberry and the international menswear runway. His spring-summer 2006 Burberry campaign with Gemma Ward placed him among the faces of the house’s Christopher Bailey era. That fall, Patrick Demarchelier photographed him alongside Natalia Vodianova for CK by Calvin Klein.

His introduction to fashion began closer to home. In a 2018 interview with DA MAN, Danny recalled being approached by several scouts after finishing his GCSEs. Photographer Mariano Vivanco eventually stopped him outside Chapel Market and encouraged him to contact Select Model Management. A visit to the agency with his mother’s support set his career in motion.

Danny remembered Pringle of Scotland as the first campaign that made his new profession tangible. Seeing his photograph displayed at Selfridges prompted him to ask for a discount, a request the shop declined. Burberry became another important relationship; he recalled opening its shows and feeling supported by Bailey and the team.

Over time, tailoring became a particular strength of his portfolio. In that same interview, Danny called suits his “bread and butter,” while describing editorial work as an important way to renew his visibility. His account of the profession was practical, shaped by repeated show seasons and the need to adapt as bookings changed.

Magazine work gave him room to develop beyond advertising. His appearances include i-D and L’Officiel Hommes, alongside a summer/pre-fall 2011 Fashionisto cover. These editorial portraits form another chapter in a career rooted in the British menswear industry and built through sustained relationships with photographers and fashion houses.
