Taylor Zakhar Perez lands the cover of VMAN for spring-summer 2026, and the timing could not be sharper. Shot in high-contrast black and white by Luigi & Iango and styled by Jason Bolden, the feature doubles as a showcase for Lacoste, the brand with which Perez holds an ambassador role.

Windbreakers, track pants, trunks, and tailoring all come courtesy of the French house, and the pairing makes sense: Lacoste has spent recent seasons repositioning itself around a cleaner, more athlete-coded masculinity, and Perez, with his effortless physicality and crossover appeal, fits that vision.

The cover story, which accompanies a Barry Pierce interview, finds Perez at a genuine inflection point in his career. He is currently filming Red, White & Royal Wedding, the sequel to his career-defining Red, White & Royal Blue, reprising his role as Alex Claremont-Diaz under director Jamie Babbit.

Beyond the franchise, Perez speaks with real momentum about his work as a producer, developing an Ali Hazelwood adaptation, Gabriel Urza’s The Silver State, and a sports film with the team behind AIR.

On navigating the exposure that followed the first film’s success, he tells Pierce that the attention “can either unravel you or forge something stronger in you,” a line that doubles as a decent summary of where he stands right now.
