I’m absolutely in love with the Maison Martin Margiela collaboration. It’s not overly commercialized so it still has that true ‘Margiela’ vibe

I think that camel overcoat is beautiful and the perfect outerwear piece to crossover from work to play. The shawl collared sweater is also nice and chunky for those bitter cold days.

Any of the brown, tan, cream knit sweaters would be perfect for my wardrobe so I can hug myself and not feel bad about it. No regrets

The white painted loafers! They are so unique yet minimal and could go with any outfit. Their raw, unfinished look is edgy and fits the Margiela aesthetic.

The Faux fur coat would be a timeless, glamorous, show stopper in my wardrobe.

Loving the red sneakers, and camel trousers! The trousers would look amazing with the white button up as well! Although not for me, itd be great for my boyfriend! These came trousers can work for a night out, work, or meetings. Such an great piece that can be worn in every season and almost all occasions. Those sneakers are awesome! Paired with jeans and a plain T, I think hed love to wear such a loud piece to add to a simple outfit! The entire collections is pretty flawless, I’d be great to win it all!

Loving the camel overcoat and the red sneakers! The coat would be awesome for work, to enlighten the coming winter :) and the shoes, wow, I can’t wait to wear them for party, to upgrade some jeans

The white leather jacket is such a gorgeous piece – would be ideal as I’m planning on wearing a lot of white this winter! Worn over that very cool white t-shirt with the specks on it, of course.

I really enjoy the quiet joke that one gets from the bracelet with its empty glass watch face. As someone who always wears a watch that piece easily makes a joke about my obsession with timeliness to the point of pure mockery. The guitarbag and the hand-painted white zip boots are also a few of my favorites.

The white leather jacket is so margiela: white, oversized and simple, shirt style. It would fit perfectly in my black and white wardrobe. This jacket, the white confetti/paint T-shirt and the faceless watch are definitely the best pieces of the collection.

The white and/or red Trompe L’oeil sneakers, since besides being a fashionisto I’m a sneakerhead, and because Maison Martin Margiela products never make it to Brazil where I live.

The best pieces of this collection for my style, would have to be the black blazer, paired with the metallic scarf, and to tie it all together, the acid washed jeans. Nothing is more classic than the pairing of black and white. The scarf not only acts as a great accessory, but also a wonderful tease for the metallics trend that hit us for SS 13.

The glove bag. I need an extra hand from time to time.

I love all the shoes but I really like that pair of black shoe boots as well as the pair of camel shoes, both would fit perfect to this winter upcoming times, I totally see myself wearing them with some nice trousers or jeans for the boots and some leather for going out during the winter

Is it wrong to wear the faux fur with nothing on underneath it? If I had that coat, what would be the need for anything else?

Painted jeans. As the paint comes off with wear and age, it’d really paint my wardrobe

I love the Fusion of Two Shirts and the Fusion of Two Jackets. So cool and funky and different. Way more interesting than the rest of my plain blazers.

The khaki colored suit would look amazing on my boyfriend who has been on a journey to a new, fresh and modern way of dressing. It would be a perfect staple for his new wardrobe! Love the collection!

The knit v-neck wool jumper is my favorite piece! I’m a woman anyway but it will be my coolest oversized sweater ever. And it would be perfect for me if I just wear it oversized with some kind of ankle boots or the white hi-top sneakers from this collection as well!!!! And I might add a fedora or a beanie to complete the look. :)

The Red or White Maison Martin Margiela x H&M sneakers are my absolute favorite items in this collection. I can not go wrong with completing an outfit of 3 layer top and a accessories with those shoes:D

If you had to choose one color, which would it be?

  28. Ivan Radojcic

    November 15, 2012 at 3:35 pm

red sneakers and disco ball scarf are the definite standouts from a tour-de-force re-endition line of clever and potent margiela work. would use them as a show stopping addition to my wardrobe of drab ragged tshirts and worn out jeans, to strike a perfect balance between old and new school, fashionable and careless, brilliant and basic. but if i had to pick only one, i would definitely have to settle on a camel belt as I still can’t believe I missed it at the pre-sale event

  29. Cris Garcia

    November 15, 2012 at 4:43 pm

I don’t want to be in the position to choose.. but I would most definitely find ways to make the white one stand out more even though the challenge of finding plenty of outfits for the reds wouldn’t make me mad.

This collection of Maison Martin Margiela with H&M is absolutely stunning. From the texture of each article of clothing to the details of the finishing of the belt; everything is made with special care and a touch of beauty.

Well I’m a girl but I always check out menswear suit pants because they have the best cut and fit. Why buy menwear-inspired when you can buy true menswear I always say…
Plus the leather belts are cool.

The Black and blue suit (hmprod-27). Because my fashion life is based on this thin line between new and old, minimalist and maximalist, hi-lo things, like this suit that brings two simple suits to become complex and refresh new one . This balance feature from MMM is what I love most.

  34. Leslie

    November 16, 2012 at 12:04 pm

I’m a girl so I’d rock the bra bodysuit would be perfection with a leather skater skirt with tennis shoes and a black beanie or to sexy it up, I’d wear black pointy heels with an ankle strap and suspender tights.

But I have a boyfriend that loves the oxblood sneakers and it would be a great surprise if I could get them or the guitar bag.

My favorite piece is definitely the black jacket with the mirror lapel/scarf. I love when menswear incorporated feminine elements. When done successfully, the overall effect is a sexy elegance. That’s totally my style. I love mixing classic dapper elements with something a little unexpected.

I need more camel in my life, so the loafers or the jumper and for the sake of quirk the assymmetric single-breasted trench would do perfectly! Thank you! :)

Wow, its all soooo good! the grey shawl collar sweater, the jeans and jean vest. Love the gray faded button down, grey jeans, brown ski like sweater and the beige 3/4 coat is cool too! I could use a new casual black sport jacket with some nice lines..Great STUFF!

I tried on most of the pieces from the collection and my favorites are the fusion blazer, fusion shirt, fair isle long sleeve t-shirt, bow-tie shirt (without the collar), and the thick navy sweater. I thought the fusion blazer looks crazy in the beginning, but it’s actually quite wearable and subtle at night, so I am keeping it as well as the fusion shirt. I want to wear the fusion blazer and shirt with the black boots, but they’re too expensive… I really want to get the chunky sweater also. Love the fit and look of it!

I am really in love with the long wool coat. The collection is really great crafted and high fashion, but it’s also very special. The woolcoat is one of the most serious pieces of the collection. It’s very well cut and i really appreciate the minimal design and the craftwork. It goes well over a suit, since iam graduating from business university soon and might need to wear a suit very often. That woolcoat would be perfect. I also love the sheep wool coat, it is so bossy! It’s so margiela. Like the coat batmans villain bane wore in the last movie, just saying haha. The coats really made the collection!!! Thanks for giving us this opportunity, its pretty cool! Cheers

I deserve to get my fusion blazer (the one black&blue with gold buttons) In mexico recently arrived h&m and everyone gets crazy!! but seriously crazy!! shopping there! so as a regular mortal, fashion addict/blogger I was saving money to get mine, I went two weeks a go to see the blazer and touch it! and I just felt in love, so I realized that day I had just the half so I said – well let’s hide it on the store where anyone can see it- so I did, and then I came later (like two days later) and obviously was sold, and they didnt have my size so well I cry, I was mad and sad, so I hide again the thousand belts jacket and the gold jersey, lol but I knew I wasnt comming back for them :( buuuuuuuut you guys can make my dream come tru!!! I just love the fashionisto!! <3 and Im dying for getting one MMM 4 H&M

would love to get the black lining top.It is by far i feel the most under-rated piece of clothing from this collection and yet,the design and cutting is sooo soooo soooooooooo chic. I really love such clothes with simplicity yet chic and modern, and that shiny look to it is the icing on this wonderful outfit :) wanted to buy it but when i went to local H&M shop, they said it was out of stock and i was devastated :( so hopefully you could make my day and christmas with this gorgeous piece of clothing that would sit nicely in my wardrobe hahaha
