The Ferragamo Legacy-In celebration of Salvatore Ferragamo’s integral contribution to the fashion industry, wife Wanda Ferragamo opened the Fondazione Ferragamo on March 15, 2013 in Italy, also serving as the Chairwoman of the organization. In addition to preserving the history and integrity of the designer and collaborating with the Museo Salvatore Ferragamo for exhibition and educational projects, the foundation aims to get involved with the creative community, inspiring new generations to create, innovate, and grow in order to preserve the artistic livelihood of future societies.
