The Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve inspires a traveler’s wardrobe. It’s here that lightweight nylon, English Gabardine, and Japanese technical fabrics come together with a certain casualness.

Tatras Spring/Summer 2018 Men’s Lookbook

A journey into the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve in full summer season.

A tour into nothingness, a journey through time and oneself.

An incredibly vast space where nature, with a slow process that evolved over time, has changed the natural environment and transformed forests, green valleys, forested mountains into a barren stretch of sand, rocks, and cliffs where the sun and wind absolutely dominate.

The Tatras business traveler’s summer starts with an experiential journey between the torrid daytime temperatures of a surreal desert and the search for cool respite. The perfect refuge is the Maha Desert Oasis Resort in Dubai, a paradise open to the surrounding nature, to international divergence and tradition.

Tatras outerwear draws inspiration from the surrounding environment. Lightweight nylon with crisp, sun-crinkled processing is dyed a sandy shade while the natural fibers, such as Tatras English Gabardine, iconic military fabric, is used to create a new version of the classic trench coat with a shining effect. For the hottest temperatures, ultralight Italian parachute cotton and linen ensures cool relief.

Absolutely new in the collection is eco-suede cloth with a super soft hand that makes the bomber and skinny fit jacket classy and chic.

The linings of some garments are an isothermal silver fabric able to regulate body temperature with a touch of cool. Japanese technical fabrics are unmissable, windproof, and waterproof, and super soft microfiber is dyed with a thousand hyper colored nuances.
