Based on the silhouette of our popular pleated chino from spring, our design team created a fall-winter version in moleskin. The upper part of the pant is relaxed but tapers through the thigh to a tailored lower leg. The waist is natural with an elegant tab closure. The pleated trousers are made from a soft, imported Italian fabric that has just a hint of stretch. Moleskin is one of the unsung heroes of menswear. Originally developed as a field cloth that allowed the wearer to move through underbrush and brambles without a snag, its super-soft, slightly plush feel made it a favorite of those who wanted to look rugged yet refined at the same time.
