Connecting with Rebecca Haithcoat for an interview, Mendes talks about his dedicated fanbase and how he hates being alone. Discussing his fans, the 18-year-old singer reveals, “You’re one person. You can’t let them take everything from you. Because they will–not in a malicious way. They just love you. You have to be careful.”
