Da Man celebrates its eighth anniversary with its new cover star, Aaron Taylor-Johnson. The latest addition to the Avengers cast, Taylor-Johnson connects with photographer Mitchell Nguyen McCormack for the magazine’s April/May 2015 cover photo shoot. Talking to Da Man about playing Quicksilver in Avengers: Age of Ultron, the 24 year-old actor shares, “I spend a lot of time diving into those characters— Pietro Maximoff and his sister [Wanda Maximoff, played by his Godzilla co-star, Elizabeth Olsen], and the relationship those two have throughout the comic book history. But why do I think Marvel is so successful? Well, I think they’re giving us the sort of entertainment that gives you escapism and fantasy, and they’re also humorous and, of course, cool. I can’t think of one bad movie in the franchise, from Iron Man to Captain America and Thor.
