The Naked Cowboy Gets an Upgrade–The Naked Cowboy, real name Robert Burck is getting an upgrade in the underwear department. Famous for strumming his guitar around Times Square, while dressed in plain white underwear, cowboy boots and a cowboy hat, Naked Cowboy will be promoting Fruit of the Loom’s new boxer briefs in bright bold colors. The new style, which Naked Cowboy will be rocking features tapered legs so they don’t ride up. Fruit of the Loom senior vice president for marketing and merchandising shares, “His primary wardrobe is so important to his daily job, we thought why not showcase him in our new boxer briefs”. Fruit of the Loom will hit Nasdaq Tower as well with a billboard reading “Even the Naked Cowboy has changed his underwear.”
