Not quite suited for downtime this season, Gucci narrows in on suiting and outerwear with an earthy color appeal. Instead of turning to bold colors and prints, Gucci lets the fabrics and workmanship do the talking with a collection that evokes the rich lifestyle without being reckless.

it is nice. But it is very weak for Gucci. Then again Gucci F/W 09 is tough to beat so early.

frida did a great job. certainly historical referencing going on but beautiful tailoring and fresh. easily worn as separates or all at once.
