Matiere taps model Adonis Bosso to star in its fall-winter 2016 lookbook. Photographed by Driely S. Carter, Adonis models the label’s collection, while taking in the urban sights of New York City. Heading downtown, Adonis shows off the collection’s mix of contemporary style and texture. Inspired by the idea of migration, Matiere mixes fabrications for an experienced traveler. Here, natural and man-made materials come together with Italian virgin wool, crinkled jersey, woolen gauze plaids, kid mohair, and cashmere. Layering various proportions, Matiere achieves a decidedly modern aesthetic with a streetwear appeal.
